It is 8:50am and there is no working atm outside or in the corridor, have to wait for the bank to open at 9am. There are 4 other cars waiting. Always an issue I once had to withdraw 4k and the bank said that they couldn't do it because there is not enough money here then the manager from fiesta market walked in and withdrew over 1k and when I asked how is that possible the teller said she is not discussing other costumers with me.
Stopped in on a Friday afternoon where are the Tellers drive thru unavailable and the lobby had a line a mile long really time to hire some more help going to a different location
Had to relocate, pnc is awesome I have no problems, but when I actually go to the branch in Mount prospect, they never seem to have the time unless you show up in person face to face. I know this sounds foolish but, if you are in charge of MY MONEY! Please don’t have me waiting!
