Not a good PNC keep driving
Terrible customer service at this branch starting with tue fact THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE for my elderly mother who isn’t able to get her question answered through their website. It’s doesn’t matter when you call because they never pick up.
This is a great branch ... Jeff is an excellent excellent Manager with the right amount of work ethic ,poise and knowledge to make it all happen... I would put him at the top of my list of bank folks on the retail side I have ever worked with. In this day and age this is a rarity.. Most banks beat their employees into robots with no authority and they are afraid to say anything but "Bankspeak" These guys /gals are really helpful and are really nice folks. Does the Job
Won't help me close my account, says I gotta take my money out and call tomorrow to close. Not a good way to run a business. Would not recommend this bank or location...
