I made an oops on my part by paying my bill before assuring that my apartment complex's auto pay was working... needless to say, everyone at the bank bent over backwards to help me figure out a really good solution. The banker gave me all of my options, helped me get signed in to the system... it was white glove treatment through and through. I walked out with what I needed and more! They even remembered me from when I was in the bank the first time and had just moved to Parma Heights! Love this branch!
VERY helpful and friendly staff!
Only went to the ATM. They had two ATMs open. There was no line, but the machine must have been broken because it wouldn't accept my card. I drove around to the other ATM window and that one worked. There was a customer behind me in the first line and it did not work for him either. He looked frustrated and drove away.
