Can't deposit checks in the ATM. Looking for a new bank.
Joke of a bank. I called them to confirm a Safe Deposit Box can be created and opened without needing an account. They affirmed me it was possible. A month later I called again, and was told the same thing. I made an appointment, spent my time, and was told 'nope, I don't know why they told you that, we can't open a safe deposit box without an account.'
Sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes. Was given attitude about how busy they were. No sense of urgency and absolutely not customer service
Wish I could give ZERO STARS. BRITTANY AND LIZ WASTED MY time multiple times. They have no clue what they’re doing and seriously they need to find other bankers. I will be escalating this matter.
