Let me just say that PNC has been my bank for over 20 years. I stated with them thru all their mergers… first union, wachovia… when my kids got old enough - they started their banking with PNC. And the reason was always - SERVICE! My SPARTA branch was AWSOME! Treated us always like old friends. My MORRISTOWN branch that i use as well since it is close to my work - nothing but pleasure…. Kristie Palacios was so so so helpful, she helped my mom with her wire transfer as well as other questions she had about credit, loans, etc. She was amazing and super patient! 100% reccomend her to anyone who wants to talk to someone knowledgeable!
Absolutely the worst branch. They make up their own rules and don't follow the banks policies or procedures. They try to get you into the branch and sell to you.
Need to ensure drive thru ATM is full functioning before business close if not place sign. This drive thru ATM is always offline, some functions not working. Associates during normal business hours had no idea drive thru atm had issues. Stanhope and Chester have by far dependable ATM's
