Absolutely the worst branch. They make up their own rules and don't follow the banks policies or procedures. They try to get you into the branch and sell to you.
Need to ensure drive thru ATM is full functioning before business close if not place sign. This drive thru ATM is always offline, some functions not working. Associates during normal business hours had no idea drive thru atm had issues. Stanhope and Chester have by far dependable ATM's
My wife and I went to this branch on a Saturday morning. We were greeted by a gentleman sitting behind a computer. We let him know what that we needed to make a change to our account. We were asked if we had an appointment and we responded that we did not. He asked for the bank card and entered our information into his system. We were told to wait.
