The staff are nice hardworking individuals who spend their valuable time helping out the people of PNC as intended; the negative reviews are from incompetent people for sure.
If this branch doesn't do deposits or withdrawals, what the heck is its purpose!? I run deposits for the business I'm employed by, and there is no way for me to handle those through the ATM. I've banked with PNC since 2010 and they keep closing branches and limiting the remaining branch's ability to actually service customers... is it time to just find new bank altogether??
No tellers = lost customer
