Went to deposit $10 in dimes and Nichols. The teller would not make the 2 rolls. She needed to count that money anyway. I feel that that little extra customer assistance would have been helpful. Then she told I could go to another counter to make the rolls. Mean while another customer got in front of me. It took about 1 minute to pack the rolls. $10 fee for a cashiers check is insane
Today I was shocked at what kind of employees there are in this bank, I have been a client of this bank for more than 15 years and I have never met such an ill-mannered person as Chris in any of the PNC banks , very unprofessional and rude! I will try to avoid this location since i don't want to deal with this person again! I hope manager can watch cameras -want to believe this was just my experience with him today!
