This branch is AWFUL! I wish I could give it negative stars! Aside from every experience being a bad one, today I stopped in there 15 minutes prior to them closing at 6pm and the place was dark and locked up! Everyone was gone for the day, I couldn’t believe it, total bs.
Diana, branch manager, and her team have a unique way of making you feel like you are banking at a small town bank, not with a huge corporation. They get to know you and your business and have consistently gone the extra mile to provide incredibly attentive, supportive customer service. Plus - they are all so kind! Big bank services, small town bank feel. I highly recommend the Hackettstown/Mansfield branch!
