I was greeted by a staff member named Paula. She was professional and personable and offered to assist in any way. When I mentioned that greeting and holding the door open was unnecessary and a goofy corporate policy ( as I've seen employees at multiple offices without wearing coats, holding doors in rain & snow).... the MANAGER jumped in, defended the policy and toed the party line. I've been dealing with PNC Bank, Barnagat, NJ branch for years. For the last year or so, I've been dealing with Charles Salemi, for all things associated with my account, credit cards, and personal loans. He is very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend PNC and Charles!
