I was greeted by a staff member named Paula. She was professional and personable and offered to assist in any way. When I mentioned that greeting and holding the door open was unnecessary and a goofy corporate policy ( as I've seen employees at multiple offices without wearing coats, holding doors in rain & snow).... the MANAGER jumped in, defended the policy and toed the party line.
