Always been very pleased with this branch and staff. I knew Art from a previous life and for him to recognize me and treat me more than a customer is so refreshing in dealing with a large bank. Highly recommend PNC and especially this branch.
2020 update. I called and spoke to a lady that I am interested to talk about car loans. She took my information and advised that branch specialist will call me shortly. No one returned the call. PNC just lost the customer due to sloppy branch work. Branch manager Art is the great guy. Branch located in convenient location, has all options such as drive-thru, 24hr atm etc. Always pleased to go there.

Forgot my debit card and had to jump through hoops even with multiple other forms of ID to cash check
