Worst service of all PNC locations. They will open the door for you but the tellers like you to chat before helping you. Second time walking out
Very disappointing experience at the PNC branch today. I have been a customer since 2012, and I went in simply to verify my identity so I could access my bill pay. The lobby was empty, yet a banker refused to assist me and instead told me to schedule an appointment at another location without even checking availability. After being a loyal customer for many years, I expected better service and basic assistance when staff were available. If it was possible, I would give them zero stars! Apparently they are more important than the county probate judge who signed a court order saying I could view the contents of a safe deposit box. Even though the judge had a copy of the original death certificate, the bank Needed that as well just to SEE the contents of the safe deposit box. The only bank in town that has required so many hoops. They can bet as soon as I am able the estate account will be moved to another bank! Fuming!
1 person working on the counter. Other workers just sitting n drinking coffee in their offices .Waited almost 2 hour to get new card, but their printers didn’t work. Waisted my time.
