A three story bank that doesn't print new cards or have cash tellers. I felt like I was being pranked.
No services available. A bank with no money!
This PNC location has really lost touch. It has little to no customer service. Can't get or deposit cash. Don't even get me started on all the business problems. I swear, I wished I had not started banking here. Everything and I mean everything is difficult here.
Not helpful at all. I've been with PNC almost 10 years, and my experience today was the first time I'd contemplated closing my accounts. Went down the road to another location and got my issue resolved almost immediately. Won't be back.
