Run from this bank. I went to cash a check here for $3000 for a job I did. As a non customer they want $75 to cash the check. What kind of crappy bank charges $75 to cash a check. Who would want to bank here
Pnc is a terrible bank. Apparently this location is a cashless bank?!?? On top of that, online customer service was not helpful at all. Do yourself a favor and choose a different bank
Getting ready to dump this bank. The lack of customer service, and deletion of the drive through, shows how much they care for their customers.
Just an ATM now…and the one outside doesn’t work Save a trip and just go to a local gas station
I mean kind of a useless PNC. Doesn't do cash, drove out of my way to go here because it's near where I need to use the cash. If I'm to understand all that okay that's just the way of banking now, customer service was abysmal. Pretty much matter of factly told me, sorry about your luck. Didn't even pretend to care that I was inconvenienced
