Worst bank ever. Have had accounts here since I was a teenager, and can see the degradation in customer service over the past 30 years. Employees say they can help, but then refer you to departments that can only be reached by phone. You can't even contact via email or fax. If you have a check that has been placed on a hold, you will get referred to customer service agents in a foreign country whose first language is not English, and their familiarity with the US banking system is next to nothing. My husband and I came into bank to activate our business cards, Jackson assisted and then after talking with him, he explained the great benefits with banking with PNC, not only for our business, but for personal as well.
