Can't get answers to routine questions online, and can't reach people on the phone. It is VERY difficult to do business with PNC bank as a whole. The online services like pinacle don't work or are very difficult to navigate, and they are unnecessarily complex and confusing and wastes a lot time. Then you need to spend hours or even days on the phone trying to get answers or get online issues resolved. I would not recommend PNC for business banking at all.
This branch has hands down the worst customer service even by large bank standards. My fiancé and I came in several months ago to be added to each other’s accounts. We had a pleasant conversation with the employee assisting us, and all was assumed to be fine. However after a few days we still didn’t see each other’s accounts in online banking. Staff is friendly and helpful. I do miss having deposit slips on the desks, but the tellers are quick to hand them to me.
You left me stranded overseas. You privileged scum bags. Seriously everyone one of you are jokers. Disgusting people.
