Arrived at the bank about 10:30. Waited in the drive through line over an hour and there were many vehicles behind me and it was doubtful they got through before 12:00. The following weekend the cars trying to use the drive through were so numerous they had to use the road shoulder to not impede regular traffic. My question is who thought and decided that cutting the drive through hours was a great idea and doing away with another local bank’s Saturday drive through hours? Poor customer service.
