Not this bank in general. The ladys are helpful for the most part . If anything I think they can't get decent help because Noone wants to work but banking with M&T bank has been a absolute nightmare from their hrs to trying to deposit checks in a timely speedy matter from mobile deposit to atm deposit when it's your paychecks because you wanna leave at 5 when alot of people are getting off isn't my issue . If you have to deposit checks I highly dont recommend this bank .
I'm leaving this 1 star because when I walked in with my father; We were not greeted and when we tried to ask to be helped the only response we were met with was "we needed to have a appointment", and when we said we would wait Nicholas the gentleman was behind the counter said "it can be awhile; and turned his back on my father while my father was trying to speak to him. This gentleman needs some type of customer service training. What we needed done was very simple, and only took the lady that helped us 15 min. She was ver... read more

I just wanted to let everyone know the lady that runs this bank is very nasty. She does not know how to talk to people with respect!!
