Been a PNC customer for years and I gotta say this has nothing to do with the employees because they’re great, but this branch is awful. No accessible ATM for anyone that isn’t driving up, the lighting is downright dangerous, and as I’m writing this I’m waiting in line while no teller is available for my deposit because there is only one teller and he had to help someone outside use their SUPER SLOW AND DANGEROUS bank machine. Short wait, super friendly staff, in and out. Why you all dropping bad reviews. It was worth driving 30 minutes out of the city to get this kind of service.
Tellers are rude and not knowledgeable and the amount of time you have wait is ridiculous
Hear me out. I’m only giving PNC as a whole a 1 star. This branch is wonderful. Taylor is AMAZING. I am leaving PNC because I get racist vibes from the overall corporate. My account is always scrutinized for something. Plus PNC does nothing for me that will help my business. I am a victim of Covid. My credit took a hit. Seems like they just don’t give a damn.
