ATM NEVER WORKS when I go, and I only been there on 3 separate times. You’d except a bank in between of a mall, 3 plazas and a bunch of hotels, they’d be fully functionin? Nope, no more.
Walked into an empty establishment. Was made to make an appointment to come back. Come the following day, again to an empty establishment, and made to sit over 20 mins. I left without opening the account. If this is how you conduct business in an empty building where I didn’t need anything, how would you treat me if I had an actual problem?
Easy banking and friendly service.
Pretty much the worst PNC branch outside of the sometimes working ATM. Just pick another one for your needs.
