Called three times in two hours and the phone just rang. Stopped by in the afternoon and was told that the only person who could help me was in a meeting. When I said that this was unacceptable the lady who was not helping me got up and returned with the meeting lady. The meeting lady threatened to close my account for lack of paperwork. Not even a real bank
This is the closest branch to my house, but they are doing outstanding job in convincing me to switch banks . do not use his branch , extremely unprofessional people. today they really pushed me into writing this review. I came in for specific service , they had tech issue which surprisingly was limited to their branch only. I came in an hour later as we agreed and they still had the same issue and when I asked to call IT in my presence, she didn’t even have a number to call so obviously they’ve done nothing while I was away... read more
