Unorganized no line system. Frustrating to try to figure out your place in line. Not recommended for elderly folk.
Had issues with a compromised debit card. Wouldn't help at all with the issue. Was given totally invalid information on what to do. Have had same debit card issues in the past and they remedied them right there on the spot.
I went into the bank one day last week to deposit money. I was asked if there was anything else I needed. I stated would like some info on home equity lines of credit. I was told to wait. A few minutes later a man came over and told me he really didn't have any info to look online. Not come over and sit down and let's see what we can do or would you like to schedule a appointment.
