Friendly staff but I went there to payoff my heloc and no one there could tell me the total amount owed with the interest included. After 15 minutes there, we still got no where and I had to leave to get my kid so no payment was made. All I wanted to do was give them money 🤷♂️
Had a debit card hacked so I shut it down and had a new card issued by mail. A few months later I was married and needed to change the name on my account/card… came in to Kinnelon to do so in person. Later in day- I tried to use card, would not work. Came back and had to convince the guy the card wasn’t working by showing him at the ATM… because he kept saying, “I can see it’s working from my computer”…. once that was settled, left with new card. I don't use this location often but sometimes I have to make a deposit if I'm in the area. The girls that work in the office are always very welcoming and friendly.
