Had a debit card hacked so I shut it down and had a new card issued by mail. A few months later I was married and needed to change the name on my account/card… came in to Kinnelon to do so in person. Later in day- I tried to use card, would not work. Came back and had to convince the guy the card wasn’t working by showing him at the ATM… because he kept saying, “I can see it’s working from my computer”…. once that was settled, left with new card. I don't use this location often but sometimes I have to make a deposit if I'm in the area. The girls that work in the office are always very welcoming and friendly.
