I worked with Kelly with personal finance changes and she was great. She was thorough, explanative, and a pleasure to work with. She helped alleviate the stress of finance management.
Brian Bekarogullari is the branch manger and was talking to me like I was stupid and had absolutely no remorse. I was asking just yes or no questions and he went on about things i did not need. I was very specific about yes or no and that i did not need the full explanation. He was extremely condescending. I did use foul words with him and took his picture to make sure he knows what he did was not okay.
Bankers should be answering the phones or get a receptionist for the branch. This is a business, and no one answers phones there. This branch needs to be closed or supervised, thankfully we switched banks and got out of there.
