Solid, quick service!
It's a pretty good branch. The staffing is very polite and I usually get my money orders and checks processed on time, sometimes even earlier than expected. My only gripe with this place is it seems like most of the tellers can't really do currency exchanges that well. Like for example, I went here about a week ago to exchange 500 USD for Australian Dollars. With the exchange rate between the currencies at the time I made the conversion, I should have received ~721 Australian Dollars, but instead I only received 690. I know ... read more
I went to this PNC branch drive thru to deposit a State tax refund check with my and my wife's name on it. The teller took my check, drivers license, and debit card. She filled out a deposit slip with my request to deposit some money and give some cash back. After signing and returning the carrier, the teller looked at the check and said she can't accept it without an authorization from a manager.
