Today I received absolutely wonderful advice and help from Mamta Segal. Thanks to her, I am far more able to manage and save my money. She clearly explained my various options, and was both professional and friendly.
Avoid this branch! Very slow, incompetent and poor service. Additionally, no cash, so what's really the point of this place. I've been a customer since this branch opened (I believe it was Fleet before) and it has gone downhill to the point I might take all of our* money and business out of PNC completely. It used to be a nice place, it's very sad they ran it down to the ground.

This is a CASHLESS bank. So a building then? Wonder if foodless restaurants are next? PNC = Poor, No Cash. Frustrating - dont advertise yourself as a bank then if you have no cash (apart from ATM).
