This Branch is total scam. They give false information to get you open an account and don't care about customer after opening the account. Agent was Archana and Branch Manager watch out !!
Ive been using this specific PNC bank for several years. When Pam was manager, she ran this location with amazing customer service & I had no issues whatsoever. Every single one of the team members were extremely pleasant. Ever since she left, its been a complete mess. The ONLY reason I havent closed my account with them is because our business uses them, as sales director I’m currently trying to convince our CEO to switch to another bank. Outside ATM is gone. Sign outside says, 24/7 ATM inside. Sign at door says, wave hand to enter. Waved hand multiple times, blue light goes on and off. No entry. I will try elsewhere to get my money.
PNC has gone to the dogs. Atrocious customer service. My Zelle access has been disabled for the past 4 days. Customer service is out for the weekend as is the branch. No emergency support. Sense of customer service and loyalty has gone down hill in the past few years. Pam and team used to bend over backwards to keep customers happy. The new crew no longer provides help needed.
