Very slow drive up window and I go there every Thursday and being asked for to forms of I’d to receive money back is absurd . I’m real close to closing all of my accounts tired of dealing with the the hassle. HORRIBLE
This branch should be closed! Not open on Friday till 6. Was told by teller,if she had to work late,she would quit. New automated phone service is a joke. It takes longer than before just to cover there own ass. I've had to deal with this company since they bought out Compass. They took it upon their self to change my floating home equity line to a higher interest rate straight fixed loan. I've had this account for over 30 years. I've had enough. I suggest anybody but this company.
Terrible customer service, they always say they can’t talk right then but they will call you back. They never do. Nickel and dime you to death. When historians in the future look back on why brick and mortar banks collapsed all they need to do is study PNC. Their online service is really good though I have to admit, i suppose that’s why I have stuck around this long. Still, there are better options out there and why should I remain loyal to a business that treats me this way? Will probably jump ship to Chime or something. E... read more
Makayla is always super helpful, friendly, and laser focused, I trust that all of my transactions are being handled concisely, to me, she is the face of PNC!!
Everyone I've worked with here has been polite and done exactly what a reasonable person would expect. There is a PNC closer, but I go here because they learn your name if you are a regular and make you feel at home.
