Rahul and Priya are two of the kindest people I have ever met. Amazing customer service. Priya went above and beyond to not only resolve my issue, but also did everything she could to enhance my banking with PNC. My account was not set up correctly by another branch and she took her time (even after the branch closed) to take care of the accounts. She was truly one of the nicest people I have everrrr met. Highly recommend this branch because of Rahul and Priya!!!!!
Probably one of the best PNC Banks I have ever been too, quick easy efficient!
This is my second and last time coming here. Last time i was trying to deposit a check in the drive thru. Took over 10 minutes. Today I was trying to cash a $14 check, which was a reimbursement I received from PNC....so....its their own check. They couldn't do it. After 20 minutes i was asked if i wanted to deposit it. Unbelievable. I never have any problem at the one in Raritan so guess i need to just make the drive
Worst Service..They did not send required details in mail as agreed in letter. This branch is more about sales office Avoid if you need service ! Stay away! In reality I would give negative rating
