By far the worst PNC customer service experience EVER!!! The male customer service representative was VERY VERY RUDE within his demeanor. Around 5p on 10/18/2024 I went in to get another debit card. As I sat in his vestibule he kept asking me a series of questions as to why I came to the Bridgewater office. I asked him am I under an investigation? Evaristo is the best! He was incredibly helpful with my request. I also really appreciate Vanaya as well. I am being a customer with PNC, especially with this terrific Bridgewater Commons branch location.
