We went there to cash a check and and make a large deposit, and had to use the ladies room while in line I was told no public bathrooms. That’s outrageous when someone is doing business with your bank not knowing wait time and no able to use the rest room. Won’t ever return STAY CLEAR IF YOU HAVE HEALTH ISSUES
If you have a PNC checking account beware. They gave away over $9000. dollars of my money to some thief. I would think very hard about trusting this back with my money if I were you.
By far the worst PNC customer service experience EVER!!! The male customer service representative was VERY VERY RUDE within his demeanor. Around 5p on 10/18/2024 I went in to get another debit card. As I sat in his vestibule he kept asking me a series of questions as to why I came to the Bridgewater office. I asked him am I under an investigation? I'm waiting almost 45 mins to make a deposit with 2 tellers and 8 employees here. I will close my account over the phone and file a complaint later
