Great staff and great customer service
Horrible customer service, first and last time walking into that branch
I went in this bank looking to swap pocket full of quarters and dimes to grab lunch for the afternoon. Sharm(Ala) decided to refuse my coins not wrapped and could give me .50 for a sleeve of Pennies so obviously she had loose change. I’m a customer and have done this one other time when money was tight and I needed a couple bucks. I mean why else have a change cup, these are the customer relations that make people different than kiosks, actually a kiosk probably would have sufficed perfectly for this simple task.
I love banking downtown at this location because the employees are so warm and also very professional and helpful. For example, Lori always knows my name and bends over backwards for me and the other patrons. Jorge did a really big favor for me helping me with a time consuming search of my checks when I did a reckoning over a few years in one of my accounts. Kate is so nice and welcoming. I love this bank and the people set it apart as my favorite.
