I have to travel over 30 minutes to get to the nearest PNC bank that I can make a deposit with and the one just below my job that is only five minutes away always seems to be either out of service closed, but then you’re gonna do an out of service of your ATM prior to you opening the store And at 8:50 AM your associate standing or looking at me but you don’t open till 9 AM oh wait regulations that’s right not customer care regulations follow them ever since Laura left this facility. Teller was nice. Banker on the other hand must be her first day on the job. Repeatedly had to get up to ask someone else questions about what she should be doing. Very rude and non communicative. Find somewhere else to go. Just trying to close an account and no one seems to know what’s going on.

We Applied for a Home Equity loan at the Vernon Branch. Hannah from this branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I chose this bank over my regular bank because of the professionalism and outstanding Customer service.
Love PNC Bank. I hope they can get some of the Google reviews removed for things that were outside the branch's control. I work for a competing institution, but still have accounts here because I love the mobile app and virtual wallet. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.
