We Applied for a Home Equity loan at the Vernon Branch. Hannah from this branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. I chose this bank over my regular bank because of the professionalism and outstanding Customer service.
Love PNC Bank. I hope they can get some of the Google reviews removed for things that were outside the branch's control. I work for a competing institution, but still have accounts here because I love the mobile app and virtual wallet. I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.
They lost my title, this bank is a disaster, I paid off my car a month ago and I didn't receive the title, when I called asking where is my title , they said it was sent to a different address and that if I'm not satisfied, I can file a complaint. Within 24 hours someone was supposed to call but there is silence. Avoid this bank.
Worse bank ever!!!!! Do not open an account with them, if you have one already, close it. Nothing but problems. Office Manager is unprofessional, doesn’t know what she is doing! I have an Finance degree, so I know! Corporate needs to re-train her!!!!!!!!
