I have been banking with PNC for 10+ years and the service has been great! My bank account was compromised not too long ago. The service I received at the Highland Plaza location when this occurred was phenomenal. The actions they took were immediate and I truly felt they cared as if it had been their on accounts. Having a branch that knows me and is so willing to help means a great deal.

This PNC bank on Shallowford Rd in Marietta GA has TERRIBLE Customer Service. On April 4th, 2024, We drove from Lexington KY to Marietta GA to get to this PNC bank because it was imperative for us to get two certified checks for that weekend. We had everything we needed to accomplish this goal such as an account numbers, ID and major credit card.
