Used the drive up ATM. NO PROBLEMS.
This PNC bank on Shallowford Rd in Marietta GA has TERRIBLE Customer Service. On April 4th, 2024, We drove from Lexington KY to Marietta GA to get to this PNC bank because it was imperative for us to get two certified checks for that weekend. We had everything we needed to accomplish this goal such as an account numbers, ID and major credit card. My husband entered this bank and was immediately rejected by the greeter saying he needed to have a PNC credit card in order to withdraw from our acct. Unsettled by this statement, ... read more
This is a customer-friendly and customer driven location…from the moment I walked through the door, it was clear this PNC solution center understood relationship banking…a well managed branch with excellent staff and service!
Not a bank. PNC is apparently getting rid of drive thrus which is kind of ableist if you ask me. This location doesn't have a drive thru with real people. Only ATM
Trying to deposit perfectly legal but somewhat faded bills. Can't do it if the ATM won't accept them. None of the "bankers" at the location can actually handle cash. Totally unacceptable. Will be switching banks.
