Took forever to verify a check written on their bank and then they didn't cash it.
This north Gahanna location is ok, but an actual bank branch in Easton, south Gahanna or Airport Columbus would be even more amazing! Instead of all those funky limited gas station ATMs in those areas.🙁

I was a PNC customer since acquired National City in 2008. We left a couple years ago after having several bad experiences. I'm writing this now because I'm currently having to dispute items on my credit report due to PNC's incompetence. Here's a few examples: 1. First, they shut down other local branches and consolidated to the Hamilton Rd location.
