Always helpful and friendly
I always have the best experience at this location! When I went in this week, I was greeted with a bright smile by a representative and helped very efficiently and professionally.
Waited over 25 minutes to speak with a banker, nobody even acknowledged me the entire time!? Finally they came up to the area and brought someone back that sat down about 15 minutes after me. Just walked out to go find a different PNC. Terrible treatment
