Very poor satisfaction
Robert is an absolute ANGEL!! Give that man a raise!
I was able to do a deposit, the bank does function. However, I first had to deal with attitude from the Teller, who couldn't explain why something can't be done, only that it can't and i need to go elsewhere. If I have to go elsewhere for half my needs, what do I need PNC for? PNC seems to constantly "change" their policy on a whim to make banking harder and more invonvenient for its customers. Shout out to the friendly banker who was able to be nice while saying no instead of just saying no.
