Apenas llevo una semana con este banco y me bloquearon zelle ? Llamo y no me resuelven nada I haven't even been with this bank for a week and they've already blocked my Zelle. I call and they don't resolve anything.
been coming here for years out of convenience and honestly...bad experience every time. theres always a long wait. today the wait was "possibly more than 30 minutes" as per the teller-- just to get a replacement debit card. this is a busy branch and they seem understaffed. i have also had so-so customer service many times throughout the years. l this is one of those "last resort" places where you only go if you absolutely have too and you probably just walk out because they are too busy.

Only 1 ATM and it’s constantly broken. This place has a terrible parking lot, so service needs to be better than normal. But it’s always broken. If I could give zero stars I would. Just wastes my time multiple times a month because it cannot stay working.
