That one woman in the bank wouldn’t sign off on my direct deposit form & told me that my company needed to sign off instead. How does that make any sense when it says to be completed by financial institution? My company rightfully says that my bank needed to sign off instead. I went to another branch the one in downtown New Brunswick as they’re far more useful & helpful than this worthless branch smh 🤦♂️
Horrible branch. When I opened a new business account here not too far back, the main guy who manages the branch got me to sign up with their merchant payments provider Clover (likely because he makes commission off of it) without presenting me with alternative options (which would've been the fair thing to do). Apenas llevo una semana con este banco y me bloquearon zelle ? Llamo y no me resuelven nada I haven't even been with this bank for a week and they've already blocked my Zelle. I call and they don't resolve anything.
been coming here for years out of convenience and honestly...bad experience every time. theres always a long wait. today the wait was "possibly more than 30 minutes" as per the teller-- just to get a replacement debit card. this is a busy branch and they seem understaffed. i have also had so-so customer service many times throughout the years. l this is one of those "last resort" places where you only go if you absolutely have too and you probably just walk out because they are too busy.
