I visited this bank 8/17 to get a checking account. I was welcomed and Reshma walked me through the details of their products (Performance account aka checking account) with examples and in depth features. Reshma also explained on their various credit cards and I ended up applying for one! :) Everyone at bank were nice, welcoming and eager to help. My work was done pretty quick. I will recommend this PNC bank to friends.
Very helpful when there was a problem and even gave me a fallow up call to make sure everything worked out properly....
