I came to this bank near my home to cash a PNC cashier check. I was told “we don’t handle cash at this location” you can use the ATM if you have ann account with us. Since I didn’t have an account I was handed a pamphlet of “traditional” banking locations 20+ minutes from me. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! A brick and mortar bank that doesn’t handle cash. What a waste of time!
Very good experience! I came to this branch to fix an issue with my online account. I got all the help I needed from two wonderful people: Maria Zambrano (Branch Manager) and Jose Vela. They were both courteous, friendly and professional.
Don’t use PNC bank! The employees there are not professional, competent and caring for their clients people.
Great bank! Great Rates! Would recommend to everyone!
