The PNC in Downtown Smithfield was very convenient to get in and out of with the traffic lights and crosswalks. The ATM is located outside and seems very secure. I forgot to bring some cash on my little getaway so having the bank so close was a good reason to stop.

I would give zero stars to this location if I could! Absolutely THEE worst PNC branch I've ever dealt with. Let's start with the ways this branch has let me down. Few years ago, this branch let two of our checks (that were stolen from our business mailbox without us knowing) be cashed at this location. And it became a whole thing with PNC that instead of giving us our money back right away, had to do an investigation into it, only to tell us that basically there was nothing they could do for us... like are you kidding me!
