I would give zero stars to this location if I could! Absolutely THEE worst PNC branch I've ever dealt with. Let's start with the ways this branch has let me down. Few years ago, this branch let two of our checks (that were stolen from our business mailbox without us knowing) be cashed at this location. And it became a whole thing with PNC that instead of giving us our money back right away, had to do an investigation into it, only to tell us that basically there was nothing they could do for us... like are you kidding me! Don’t even read the one star reviews. This is the best bank I have ever had the pleasure to associate with. Chris and Melissa and everyone else are smart, capable and more importantly dedicated to their customers. I came from a bad situation and they have treated me like the most important customer they have. Problems were solved. Questions answered. Always promptly and efficiently. Love them!!!
I had a very great experience. Melissa hudson was very fast and sufficient. I was in and out opening a new checking account within 20 minutes of arrival time.. Just wanted to say thank you for. Being good at your job.
If I could give 0 stars that is what this bank deserves! I have never in life seen a bank where if you need change (ones, fives, tens) that NEVER has money! You are the freaking bank...do better! Sad when you leave there and have to go to Wells Fargo or 1st Citizens just to get change.The Lobby person who is there on the laptop and greeting patrons is very nice but the tellers or service representatives (whatever they call themselves) leave much to be desired when it comes to service. Some are just flat out RUDE!
