I had an amazing experience at this location with Ms Lindsay Vaughan she assisted me with all my questions and very patient in finding all the options I needed in the business at hand. She truly needs to be recognized for her dedication and professionalism displayed for PNC great and pleasant bank as well.
If it wasn’t for my employer I would avoid PNC as a whole, I genuinely miss having Fidelity. PNC has a lot to learn from Fidelity, they should strive to have Fidelity standards and services. lol.
