Garner NC is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they keep you on hold until you decide to hang up. I have had nothing but problems with their customer service especially with manager Stephanie. Tomorrow we will be finding a new back if anyone has suggestions it would be appreciated.
