Today is March 11 Its 2:10 pm on Monday 11th Ive been sitting here at pnc bank on 26 mile rd Shelby twp in the express drive thru its been 45 mins now i got here at 2:09 pm est if the wasnt able to give them no star this is terrible 😞 im never coming to this bank on mondays anymore now its 2:20 what the @&$?! Issues are resolved ... but I had a few issues at this PNC bank branch. My debit card number was stolen and was being used fraudulently, and it took a few visits to the bank and phone calls to their 800 number to stop the card from being used and to restore my funds. Then I had received poor customer service inside the branch on my last visit to close my account. PNC customer service did call me to me to make things right, and I appreciate that effort.
