My husband and I were short on our escrow and I wanted to pay it at the bank. I started out calling the Berkley branch. The customer service was terrible. The person at the Berkley branch would not take my calls after putting me into a vicious cycle with the automated system twice, this after assuring me, I would get a physical person. The employees at this location are top-notch! Better than at any other location I have frequented. These employees are why I bank at PNC.
Carmalee was not helpful at all. The management at this location does nothing but disappoint
