With just as many accounts in this bank as I have fingers, I don't appreciate the asking for two forms of ID. Since when isn't a valid driver's license sufficient? Additionally, why is this branch closed on Saturday? Did that decision maker not realize how difficult it is for working individuals to get to the bank Monday through Friday between the glorious hours of 9-5?
