I just sat there and waited 30 mins just to see a teller to get some quarters. I never got to see the teller because she was so slow and took so long, and my elderly mother was sitting in the car. Other employees watched me sitting and waiting and did NOTHING!!!! PNC HAS THE WORST SERVICE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will not be returning there.
Why does it take this band 20 min for each car?

You have the rudest lazy people working at this branch. One hand doesn’t know what the other one is doing and they are too lazy to look anything up. Oh and there is no manager in the bank so if you need anything you have to wait days to speak to anyone. I asked the lady if something happened if they had a with no manager what would they do. She was a smart ass and told me she would call the fire department. How can you run a bank with no manager or anyone in charge.
