I was just asking questions about removing a second user from my bank account and because I wasn’t entirely passive the representative was super snippy with me on the phone.
I just sat there and waited 30 mins just to see a teller to get some quarters. I never got to see the teller because she was so slow and took so long, and my elderly mother was sitting in the car. Other employees watched me sitting and waiting and did NOTHING!!!! PNC HAS THE WORST SERVICE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I will not be returning there.
