Banking shouldn't be hard - Branches should be especially concerned with treating customers well and meet problems with urgency - Frankly, it's about the only reason I've stayed with PNC as I like having a physical branch I can go to in order to solve issues as they come up quickly. I’ve been a PNC personal banking customer for 25years. (Though I do have business accounts with three other banks) Never had any problems with PNC until now (their mobile app is the best). On Monday Jan 29th 2024, I went to the ATM at this branch to find that though all other services were available; no cash withdrawals. My first time opening a bank account! They were very sweet and supportive veryyy helpful and explained the best that they can to me it was an amazing experience the staff are very helpful caring people Id recommend going

Racist experience . I needed a bank certified check for 5k and was told to come back with ID . I came back with a passport and was told I need to come back with ID with my address on it . I have never had an issue with ID and making a withdrawal and was told to go back to my home bank and then refused to serve me when I told them they had an issue with giving me my money . Then she tried to keep my banking info that had my social on it . She then tried to say my passport was fake .
