I use a pay card to receive my work paychecks, and attempted to make a withdrawal using a PNC ATM. I have done this numerous times at a US Bank ATM in my hometown, and expected no issue. However, when attempting to complete my transaction and accepting a $3 fee, I was denied the amount I wanted to withdraw. I was given absolutely no money, and my card was ejected.
