If u could give zero i would. Their atm charged me the atm fee since I dont bank their and then didnt give me my cash but took it from my account. Their manager when asked if they shut the atm down would not answer and shen threatened with legal action for not being willing to help or provide the surveillance footage for the faulty atm as proof the atm did not dispense cash hung up on me.
!!WORST BRANCH!!This location is understaffed. Every time I come there’s only 2 tellers working at the desk with a line almost out the door. Expect to spend at least 30 minutes waiting for your turn. When you need to speak with a banker they skip around even though you’ve been siting here for 30 minutes because they recognize someone they bank with. There’s no order in this bank at all
Time stands still there.so slow .I own a business cant get waited on.they should pay me to go there.also it's like going to another country there they are all talking to each other in Spanish. I thought English was our language .
I’ve been banking with PNC for over 10 years here lately it’s been some fraud activities in my account. I would get deposits in my account and out of no where be in the negative thousands of dollars then they’ll say they don’t see where money was deposited into my account and proceed to take every penny I own they’ve been doing this all year and I’m sick of it WORSE BANK EVER.. they also stole 15k from my grandma who banked with them for over 20 years and they had to pay her back… their thrives and scammers DO NOT BANK WITH ... read more
