Bank charges to close your escrow account. Ridiculous
I come in multiple times a week for work, and this is also my personal banking location. I absolutely love the staff, they've always been friendly & kind. If there's a wait, it's never very long. If there is a wait, it's because they're short staffed & it's out of their control (patience in a post-covid world goes a long way, remember: we're all just out here doing our best.) Don't use this branch I love PNC bank but the ppl at this branch are rude, my husband was standing in line with me waiting then walked to use the restroom or to see if they had restroom , he got screamed out like a child,
