I have been Banking here for over 10 years started when it was RBC now PNC. Friendly staff and never any issues. Also I like that the PD is next door! Great location for a bank.

EVERY single time I've went here to cash a check drawn from their bank, I was given a long wait with questions about why I have a check "written to me from someone in another part of the state", the "signatures look suspicious" (they've actually phoned the writers of these checks to ensure it was legitimate), multiple forms of I'd above a NC drivers license, etc. I dread getting a PNC check, and will travel to asheville just to avoid the teller that tries to be a forensic financial examiner EVERY DAMN TIME!

Wowwww! Like just in shocked. Well let's say I smiled wayyyyy more than the old lady did to me. So about 2 weeks ago I went to cash a check(on us check) (My check was written from an account from PNC)at this location. I've been here before by the way and I actually opened my account here. But when I pulled up to cash my check since I'm in town to go so my family. First no smile and when i told her "I want to cash my check please" and she yells and with an attitude says " i can't". At PNC I've found very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Easy access from Caldwell or parallel streets, but watch out for the construction on Caldwell (12/1/17). There is ample parking front and back. Also, there are here window bays and an ATM conveniently located.

I've been banking here for almost 8 years and I've NEVER had any issues, what so ever. Love the staff, too!
