Just called to check rates and experience was horrendous!!! My first call was getting hung up on after a 10 minute hold! Called back and another 7 minute hold to be told would need to go online or come to the branch to get rates but they were not very good ???? What happened to this bank?
Do not ever go to this branch of PNC unless you’re just using the ATM. This branch has now 3 times had the worst service I’ve ever received at a bank. Then I go right down the road to the pnc branch by Kroger and they are pleasant and take care of you right away. So skip this branch and just go to the one by Kroger in Middletown
Limiting withdrawals to $1000 on Christmas Eve. Really? I asked why she said they didn’t have a lot of money on hand because it’s Xmas Eve. When do most people need cash? Xmas Eve maybe? Then she said it’s the robbery season so that’s why they didn’t keep money on hand. That’s like Apple saying they don’t keep iPhones and iMacs on hand on Xmas Eve because they might get robbed.
