Literally was just in there, came in and wanted to speak to a customer service advisor and they looked at me and looked back down. I sat down on the chairs sitting there waiting to service. People walked right by didn’t say hello good morning how can I help you today? I’ll be right with you nothing. They did not care. I needed service and help with them . I will never go back to this PNC Bank ever. .
This branch used to be run so well with hospitable and attentive service. We came in to add a signer to an account and with the exception of Mary (who's been there a very long time) we were treated like second class citizens. The branch manager couldn't be bothered to check on the activity in her branch but instead was seemly busy on her cell phone texting, googling or whatever until after waiting for over 20 mins for someone to serve us, we popped our heads in to see if she could help.
