If u want to lose your money this bank is for u. Did a transfer 14 days ago, no notice about where is the money, no responses. Nice nice nice
Thieves charging 2% if your not an account holder. I think the government made something called their RICO act for stuff like this. You either open an account with us or we charge you 2% interest $20,000 check $400 fee so if you want your money you have to wait till it clears at your bank. I will never go to PNC ever again

Expressed to the teller I was not a happy customer, and wanted to close my account. The teller had poor customer service and was very rude. Teller made no effort to satisfy me as a customer in regards to making my last experience a good one. After experiencing a bad situation with my account, this experience was confirmation that I no longer need to bank with PNC.
