Worst customer service ever you can’t even get in and out of drive-through they never have enough employees to handle the business that they do
WONDERFUL experience!!! Samantha was amazing! Easy and SUPER informative opening a checking account. Explained everything so well and the other staff was so kind and helpful.
They lie from the start!!! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else, ANYWHERE but PNC!!!!!!
I’m so grateful this is my local branch! Sam Elliot was incredibly efficient in helping with a number of things I needed after a name change, divorce, etc. She is knowledgeable, kind, patient and was smiling the entire hour and a half it took to get everything handled! Very appreciative of her and the other employees at PNC in Rehoboth.
Samantha Elliott is excellent to deal with . She made everything seem easy. She had a smile throughout our dealing and is quite patient and extremely knowledgeable.
