Terrible bank.i had a question on my CD. The gentleman I spoke to didn’t know how to do what I was asking him to do. He told me to go home and call customer service!!! Never was treated so poorly!!!
They're slow to help you and took my mom there for a new debit card which they could've given her right there but now she has to wait 7-10 business days so now they lie to the customers need to find a new nucer better bank
The staff at PNC is very friendly and mostly helpful. But when it came to opening a special account they were not. I would not get return phone calls and left hanging. Time was of the essence for this matter & they wasted 2 weeks of my time. I took my business elsewhere and had the account opened in 1 day.
everyone here could punch me in the face and i wouldn’t even be mad bc they’re so nice everytime j come in. the staff are very sweet people is what im saying
