It seems as though one of the ATMs - either indoor or drive-thru - is always broken.
Staff here were friendly, but I just cancelled my acct due to poor corporate policies, and poor branch response. Headed to greener pastures.

Great staff! Delicious Green Mountain coffee, even for non-customers. Stop by and grab a cup!
Drive-through ATM is handy for late-night deposits/withdraws, and it's nice to be able to deposit checks without needing an envelope at the ATM.
