This PNC has the friendliest staff! I brought in a bunch of rolled coins from my coin jar and was a bit worried they would be annoyed (I had never brought in coins to a bank before) and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The guy told me which teller was open and the teller was just as friendly! I have some social anxiety and have definitely banked with some rude branches of other banks before, so it was very refreshing to see such a welcoming environment.
Staff were super friendly, polite and professional
They are cutting the work hours , not acceptable.
