I visited the bank December 9, 2025, 4:12 pm and had an uncomfortable experience with the person at the counter name Lance, his overall demeanor made me hesitant to ask questions about the bills I needed. I dont know why he acted that way towards me, as an asian, sometimes were having a hard time when someone speaks fast. As a customer, I expected a more welcoming and supportive interaction. I hope the bank can improve on customer service so that people feel more comfortable and confident during their visits.
Do not bank here ! They will close your account for no reason and hold your funds for a month !!! Bank anywhere else but here
I go to this branch at about 6:05am every morning to drop off the deposit for my company. You can never gain access to the atm inside as the card reader that you have to swipe to get in hasn't worked for quite sometime. It's not just my card because I've been there when others have tried to use it. This morning the atm machine in the drive thru wouldn't work. WHY would ANYONE want to bank with a financial institution where you can't get your money out when you want it??? I mean, might sound crazy but just a thought. PNC Bank... read more
