Very unprofessional. Only been twice and it’s the worst PNC I have ever been to. The first time I needed a replacement pin for my debit card. They told me two hours. I go to another one and it was 30 secs. I am here now and I have been waiting 15 mins for a withdrawal bc the atm you can drive to is being worked on. I have already sent my debit card now I am stuck waiting for these slow bankers.
Always wait for30 minutes no staff
ATM is broken. If I didn’t catch the bills they would’ve all fallen to the ground, and the door to the money exit thing keeps opening and closing..
Second car in the drive through and waited 22 minutes!!! Ridiculous!!! The time of day that I stopped by was 2:15 pm. The wait should not have been this long. Very frustrating.
