Absolutely the worst bank and will be switching next Monday. Sad because I’ve been with y’all since I was 13.
There is a guy that works the window, he’s nice but there’s issues everything I go through the drive through. First there were three separate times the roll of quarters I got was missing a quarter. Always get my money last even though I pull up first between the two ports. And today I got out near $100, he gave it to me in 10s and 5s….. They don’t have enough people working the drive through. I was told they had a line inside and it would be a while before they could take care of my deposit. I may change banks soon and I have been a customer for 35 years
