Final update: this branch will be CLOSED permanently as of May 20, 2022. Good riddance. This branch was a disaster. I would say hopefully they learned they lesson, but they won't. Terrible staff, terrible bank. Update (2 months later): I have been using the branch at Mounts Corner in Freehold because they treat customers with respect and their ATMs actually work. Neither ATM works. Nobody inside of actually helpful. I went inside because the ATM in the drive thru refuses to accept cash. The people in there couldn't even be bothered to look up from their desks when they refused help and told me to drive to another branch. This branch is making me reconsider changing to another bank
The staff have changed since it becomes a virtual bank. From excellent to below average.
This is my most local bank. I tried to go through the drive through and it was closed. So I went inside, and there was an associate sitting at a desk asking "can I help you". I asked her if I can exchange large bills for smaller ones and I also needed to make a deposit. She told me that "this is a virtual bank now, and we have no tellers, therefore we do not have money on premises". I said, isn't this a bank? Well, can I at least make a deposit?
