We dont have cash here we only have an ATM! THEN WHY HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION
Had to deposit money into my account. They don't have customer service, you only have to use ATM ended up having to create a new ATM card just to make a deposit. Then they wouldn't let me use the restroom in the bank. Easily one of the worst locations I have ever been to
Least professional PNC location ever, reccomend ANY other bank in Jackson.
PNC apparently does not train their workers well or staff their branches appropriately. What should have been a short visit for an account change took almost two hours, and I couldn't even cash my check as there was no teller. No fault of the workers of course, it's the company management at fault.
