Crystal, the bank manager is A+. I felt heard, and she did everything to help me. It felt reassuring to be in her company. She was also a "real" person, patient, kind, professional
We dont have cash here we only have an ATM! THEN WHY HAVE A PHYSICAL LOCATION
Had to deposit money into my account. They don't have customer service, you only have to use ATM ended up having to create a new ATM card just to make a deposit. Then they wouldn't let me use the restroom in the bank. Easily one of the worst locations I have ever been to
Least professional PNC location ever, reccomend ANY other bank in Jackson.
