Have had multiple issues with the ATM .. now it ate my tip card !!! I’ve used their ATMS for years to withdrawal my tip money .. Will use another branches machines
As a retiree I may need to go to the bank once a month. I don't like using ATM machines so I go inside. Over the last 15 years my wife and I have always received excellent service. Personally with so many bank branches closing everywhere, we in Trotwood are very fortunate to have PNC stiil in the neighborhood.

If only I could give negative stars, I regret the good review I gave your associate Jeralynn (Not only was she off January 3rd but I had to find out through someone else that she gave me so much misinformation). I was unable to pay my rent or any other bill 1/3/23 due to her negligence. This branch needs to be shut down, it's a complete embarrassment.
