Spoke with Jamie on the phone she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Advised me I do not need an appointment to get a cashiers check, and she gave me specific instructions on what to do when I got there. Very helpful and nice on the phone.
Went in this branch to add my daughter to an account. Instead of being greeted with a " how can i help you" I got do you have an appointment, no? Scan the QR code on the sign. They then walked away before I could ask anything. You then have to go through a series of text back and forth. Then wait for a rep. About 20 minute later, met with a rep who told me I had to bring my daughter in because she is over 14. If I was asked why i cam in the first place, would not have wasted all that time.
I came to the branch drive thru during business hours and was told that I need to park and come inside in order to get a cashier’s check since the branch was now back open. I explained that I could not come inside so I proceeded to leave. HUGE INCONVENIENCE!!! I knew this was not true and I later called and was told that this was not true. I’ve never had a problem with this before and there was no long line or confusion. Just a lack of customer service and major inconvenience. No thank you.
